Our Sanctuary Residents
At Acres of Hope Ranch, we extend our hearts and hands to horses and animals that have endured neglect, starvation, abuse, and are often labeled as dangerous or misunderstood. We embrace those that society may consider disposable, recognizing their intrinsic worth. Rather than adopting them out, we are devoted to ensuring that each horse we welcome can spend the rest of their days in a haven of compassion and understanding, here at AOH.
Mutual Agency: We don't assign animals to humans. We simply create the space for them to choose each other. There is a profound, silent dignity when one of the rescues decides that "you are their person". Our heart is that every animal and human interaction, fosters presence, safety, purpose and belonging.

The Power of Presence: You don't need to tell your story to be understood here. The animals don't care about you past; they care about your presence.

At our sanctuary, we prioritize the well-being of our animals by focusing rescue efforts on a smaller scale. This approach allows us to provide the highest level of care for each resident. Our ultimate goal is to expand our operations, enabling us to welcome more at risk equines and farm animals once we secure the necessary funding.
Together we can make a difference in the lives of these vulnerable animals.
